Maison Dusk was started by a perfumer who spent nine years making fragrances for other people's labels and wanted to make five that were hers. There will not be a sixth until one of the five is retired.

Everything is blended in Johannesburg from materials we can name, matured for twelve weeks, and bottled by hand in runs of two hundred.
