FAQ

Questions about pricing.

Do I have to take a care plan?+
No. The build is paid once and the site is yours. Most clients take one because a site has to live somewhere, stay secure and stay current, and a plan is cheaper than paying for changes one at a time.
Can I pay the build off?+
The standard is half to start and half at launch. If that does not work for you, tell us what does before we begin and we will put it in the agreement.
What happens if I stop the care plan?+
A month of notice, no cancellation fee. The site is yours and so are the logins. Take it to another host and carry on, and we hand over everything you need.
What is in the contract?+
The build and its price, the care plan if you take one, your ownership of the site and every login, timelines, and what happens if either side wants to stop. Plain language, signed before we start.
Are there costs that are not on this page?+
Only three, and only if you want them: a .co.za domain in your name, a Google listing set up or cleaned up, and a card machine for the counter. Each is quoted separately and never added without asking.
